2012 Pedal for Proceeds Registration Flyer

Course Description:

 The 24 mile race will travel from the UW-Whitewater campus and work its waythrough the surrounding area. The start/finish line is near the intersection of Prairie Street and Schwager Drive. This flat course is challenging, but is a great opportunity for beginners. This is a WISport series event and is an open event.

*All cyclists must wear a Snell or ANSI approved helmet. No aero bars allowed*

Registration:

 Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Complete the entry form with checks payable to: Pi Sigma Epsilon. Entry fees received by April 9th will be $25 for cyclists and $30 for tandem cyclists. After that, prices will be $30 for cyclists and $35 for tandem cyclists. Registration will be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The race will begin at 10:00 a.m. All cyclists are required to check in during the registration to receive their number.

*All riders registered before April 10th will receive an event T-Shirt*

Age Categories: Men and Women less than or equal to 13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and older.

*Cyclists under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian’s consent*

Awards:

Men’s and Women’s overall winners and the top three in each age category will receive awards. Additional awards will be given to the top three Tandem finishers. There will also be raffle prizes!

Donations:

If you would like to make donations, please make a separate check payable to: AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY. Keep in mind that these donations are tax deductible.
